Hi, it was great to get a response so quick...Actually, this is what I have to date:
The 1850 census had Thomas with his wife Eliza, Thomas was 35 and Eliza was 37, his estimated birth date was around 1815. The census record never actually had William Thomas, only Thomas as his first name. The children were
Thomas R. age 11
John J. age 6
Then, 1860 has Eliza living alone and listed as a widow, but I do not know exactly when Thomas died. Anyhow, the people listed under Eliza age 47, were:
Thomas R. age 20
John J age 17
Daniel Hyde age 65
1870 has Eliza age 56 has Thomas R. still living with her, but they has initials, P.R. instead of T.R. age, 30 he has since married Sarah age 28 and they had one child Norman who was 2 years.
Then the 1880 has Sarah living alone and a widow age 38. Her children were:
Norman age 12
George age 8
Judgeson age 4
William age 2
Now Judgeson was a spelling mistake, he was actually Judson Pulliam. The person taking the census must not have known how to spell it or misunderstood. I was able to confirm that Judson was the son of Thomas R. and Eliza because I have a copy of his marriage liscense to my GG grandmother May Hoover Kronk. They eventually moved to Charles County, Maryland. They has a whole pack of kids. So, it sounds like we may be in the same line, which child of Thomas R. do you branch off of?
