Jane Henry was the daughter of Henry Henry who is a recognized Rev. War patriot (jury duty, not a soldier.) Henry Henry became titable in 1750 (may have been born ca 1734) in Augusta Co. VA. They lived on Muddy Creek in Augusta Co. in what became Rockingham Co. VA, close to Harrisonburg. Go to the Henry genforum and type in Parton (my last name) to find entries that say Henry Henry or Jefferson Co. TN Henrys. (entry 5198, entry 5121, and others.) I wonder what the S. stood for as the middle name of your ancestor.
