Hi Mary Ellen, I am shocked to think that someone else may actually be following my Pulver/Pulber line. I am not sure if I am related to James and Lillian Whitman Pulver, but I do know that they were married in the same little town that I grew up in. (Tama, Tama county, Iowa) I also think that their marriage listing was for James "Pulber" and Lillian Whitman if I remember right. My line is William Lincoln Pulber (was Pulver at one time) and Lavina Snyder, daughter of Mary Jane Hatter and Joel Snyder. William and Lavina (Vinnie) lived in Montour, Indian Village Twp., Tama county, Iowa (near Traer). They had two daughters by the names of Dorothy and Ethel Ione. Dorothy married Walter Sturtz and my grandmother, Ethel, married John William Smith. I sure hope something sounds at least a bit familiar to you as I have been working solo on this line for quite a while. Cheryl in sunny Oregon
