Keith, I have a John Pundt born in Germany abt. 1845. Says he arrived in US in 1880 not sure of Port.
wife is Minnie Stotts born abt. 1856 PRU.(germany)
Children: per 1910 census of Boone co.,Ill. Emma b-1885 in Ill. Robert b-1893 in Ill. and Minnie b-1896 in Ill.
I have also listed in my data another daughter of theirs:
Elizabeth Pundt b- 5 Nov 1888 in Ill. Married Thomas Doherty 18 Sept 1906 in Michigan. She died in Chicago.
I am working on collecting census records right now. Please let me know if you have any info. I see on (1900)census of Boone CO.,Ill. a Sophia born Germany on 1831 arrived in 1880. On same page as John & Minnie Pundt.
