Yes Elaine, my line is thru John & Elizabeth Purchase's daughter Elizabeth who married John Case in Hartford, Conn in 1663.I suspect Oliver is the immigrant but haven't been able to prove it yet.Here's the deed:"This Indenture made the twelfth Day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord one thousand sixe hundred sixty & one Betweene Evan Thomas of Boston in the County of Suyffolke in New England vintner of the one part and William Bartholmew of Boston aforesaid merchant & Oliuer Purchase of Lynn in the County of Essex friends in trust on the behalf of the late Alice the Relict of Philip Kirtland of Lynn aforesaid now wife to the said Evan Thomas on the other part Wittnesseth now these presents that the said Evan Thomas in discharge of his many promises & engagements by him made with & to the said Alice Kirtland before his marriage with hir and his faithfull love unto hir & hir children that she had by his said former husband Kirtland & brought with hir as also in consideration of the some of .... doth give grant ... unto the said William Bartholmew & Oliver Purchase ... all that his house & land knowne by the name of the Kings Armes with the land thereto adjoyning & belonging with all liberties ... to them the said William Bartholmew & Oliuer Purchase and the longest liuer of them theire heires and assignes in trust.Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of us Edward Rawson, Rachell Rawson."Hope this helps.JoAnn
