Patsy,

This is interesting information, because it may tie the Brown County Purdums into the Guernsey County, Ohio, ones.

Could you post, if you have it, the Census information, which states that V. B. Purdum, (who was a legatee in the Will of Benjamin Purdum of Brown County, who died in 1864,) was living in Nathan and Rebecca's household? Cousins out west say we are related to Shipleys and Hutchisons Some Way, but they don't know how.

We are trying to straighten out all these Ohio families into correct family groups.
