Interesting!

Hello, I'm wondering which of the four early Purdum bros. your husband came from: John, Jeremiah, Benjamin, or James?

I have been trying to tie down the above James. I can't seem to find much information on him.

There was an older Jeremiah Purdum, b. late 1700's, who was in Ross County, Ohio; and he may be buried in the Bourneville Cem., not sure. Do you know of this older Jeremiah who lived in Ross County?

Does anyone know if Marcus Purdom's brother, Thomas, would be the same person as Thomas Purdum, possibly of the Shenandoah Valley, who married Tamar Hicks? They lived in Green County, PA.

TIA
the other Barbara
