I have no idea when I got this but the website source is no longer functioning (http://people.becon.org/~nbogs/note9305.html - once the site for the Niagara Peninsula Branch - Ontario Genealogical Society)
Take it for what it's worth, it says that Elsie was the daughter of a Cornelius Johnson and Lydia Cole.
