I was able to find more information on Julia. According to the 1880 US Census and those following up to 1930, she moved in with Bridget and her five children after M.J Toland died somewhere between 1874 and 1880. She probably helped raise the kids and run the grocery store the census stated Bridget ran until she died three after Bridget.
