Carol. Thanks for providing such detailed information on the Purviance family. I'm very grateful. I'm sorry it took so long to reply. I had a graduate school son home in April who insisted we geet AOL but then we went back to school and did not tell us how to contact others abut the change. Recently I've found out that my ancestor , Lt. Francis Ross, b.1735, was the son of Francis Ross, b.about 1695. He died in Ireland. Please share info.
