I am the grandson of Stuart Hoyle Purvines who compiled the book you are inquiring about. I have that book in my possession and may be able to find copies. My grandfather died a few years ago and left much of his work unpublished. We are only now trying to pick up where he left off and attempt to make sense of his notes and files. My father Stephen Hoyle Purvines and his siblings are more directly involved with this. Feel free to contact me by email and I may be able, at the very least to point you in the right direction.
Scott Purvines
