There was a CHARLES S. PURVIANCE, b. Jan 1875, possibly in Solomon Twp., Norton Co., KS, a son of EVAN SHERILL PURVIANCE and his wife, PHOEBE J. BALES, who appears with his parents in the 1900 Fed census of Waco Twp., Sedgwick Co., KS. Is this Charles your ancestor?
