I follwed up a little on your THomas and Martha Puryear, I haven't found them w/ Reuban in any census or Birth info yet but I did find THomas and Martha and Sally in 1850 Census in Regiment 22 Mecklenburg County Virginia. In this Census it also listed an older sister of Sally's by name of Caroline whi is 2 years older than Sally and also born in Virginia. Also in ths house was a 16 year old Male by name of Richard Elam. Richard born in Virginia , no occupation and was attending school.

Could you show me where you got the info for Thomas and Martha being my Reuban's folks? thank you
