Joy,

Futhey & Cope's History of Chester County notes "John Parry married 11, 4, 1775, Hannah Dilworth, daughter of James and Lydia, of Birmingham... This John may have been the son of John Parry, who married 9, 16, 1737, Margaret Pusey, both of Marlborough."

Note that Futhey and Cope said 'may have been' - do you have some evidence that John and Margaret (Pusey) Parry's son married Margaret Rankin?

Margaret Pusey's parents were Caleb Pusey and Prudence Carter.
