LB Putney Mill in Bernalillo,NM - info wanted ! !

Lyman Beecher Putney, (b.1832, New York, m. Jennie Coleman on 24 Dec 1863 in Douglas County, Ks) was the patriarch of a large and well known New Mexico mercantile family. I have recently discovered that he or his grandson, also named Lyman Beecher Putney, (b.30 May 1896) started a mill in Bernalillo, NM. The mill still stands, albeit in tatters, in Bernalillo. The town of Bernalillo has just purchased the land the mill sits on to make way for a rail transit station. I am hoping one of you Putney-ites out there knows more about the mill or has photos or other history you can share with me. I'm trying to save a little of our history and would appreciate any assistance. Thanks! Email directly to fowkesrlydg@aol.com
