Hello -

I am currently working on this family. In fact, I just started today!

Udney Putney, s/o Nathaniel & Polly Putney, married Margaret Walters, d/o Nathaniel P. & Sarah (Harmon) Walters. Sarah was the widow of John Adams.

Following their marriage, Udney & Margaret moved from Carroll Co., IL to Winona Co., MN, where some of Margaret's siblings were living. Margaret appears to have died bet 1873-1880, probably in Buffalo Co., WI.

I have lots of info on the Walters/Harmon line.

Will gladly share.
