I have worked on this family off and on for years. Are you a descendant of Hiram and Lydia? I have quite a bit of info on Lydia and her children. She had three marriages. She had two children with Hiram. Or are you a descendant of Hiram's first marriage to Rachel Warren? I am descended from that marriage. At any rate, I would be happy to send you what I have on Hiram and his family. Let me know what you want. My e-mail is Hiram Putney ended up in Iowa. He moved from New York to Durand, Ill., near Rockford, and then on to Iowa. I have photos of many of the graves that I took last summer in Iowa.
