Looking for the Pyes of Lancashire
Posted by: Carl Dziunka Date: August 29, 2001 at 00:02:30

I am looking for any information that may help in putting together the family history of the Pye side of the family. All I know at the moment is that my Grandfather was called Joseph Pye who was born in 1871 in Radcliffe. His father was called Thomas Pye and mother called Ann Robinson. Joseph had been married twice. His first marriage was to Elizabeth Saint in 1892 and the second was to Kate Nash who was my grandmother. I would appreciate any information on the family which would help me to trace them back.
