I am looking for information on my ggrandfather, George Pye, and his family. He was born around 1825 and lived at 67 Mersey St in Longridge. George was the Band Master for the Longridge Band and work at the cotton mill. His brother(do not know name) lived on same street.

George Pye was married twice (do not know name of first wife). I belive names of some of children from first marriage wwere Mary Alice(married Jim Pinder) and Mary Jane.

His 2nd wife was Mary Ann Yates. Some of the names of children from second marriage were Alfred, Bill, George,
Gertrude (married name was Seed. Her son's name is Norman who is married to Marie and they have a son named Andrew), Ada (married Bill Dalton - both moved to Ottawa Canada. Ada and Bill had 2 children Bill Jr. (has 2 chilren Linda and Bill Jr) and Gordon (do not know names of wife or children). Another one of children from 2nd marriage was Margaret, who is my grandmother, She married George Gray-a policeman from St. John's Wakefield, Yorkshire. They had 2 children, George Jr. and Margaret. They all moved to Ottawa, Canada. George (my father)married Winnifred Gray and has 2 children, Milton (married to Carole Tyrrell and have 2 sons, Evan and Mark) and Cameron (married to Carole Savignac).

I am particularly interested in names of parents and brothers/sisters of my ggrandfather, George Pye and names of children of 1st marriage.
