John Pye, Oglethorpe's Colony

Does anyone know anything about the John Pye in Oglethorpe's Colony? From the book "A List of Early Settlers of Georgia" by Coulter and Saye, he was clerk to the stores having arrived 4 June 1737. What happened to him after the Colony broke up?
