JOHN PYE, his mark, Savannah, Wife: Deborah, entire estate real and personal, particularly tract of 200 acres near Highgate, 100 acres, two town lots, three Negroes, debts to following: MR. POWELL, dutch Butcher, Mr. SHEFTAL, Mr. RASBERRY, Mr. GRAHAM. Wife to pride for the maintence of children, MRY ELIZABETH and ELIZABETH. Exors: wife, DAVID FOX, BENJAMIN GOLDWIRE,. Wit: JOHN FOX, PETER NEPHEW, THOMAS MATHERS, JAMES MILLER.
