Pyes of Manchester in the 1700's

I was wondering if anyone could help me with any information on the Pye family who came from around the Manchester area. The areas in particular are: Didsbury,Heaton Norris and Burnage. They seemed to settle around that area from 1735 onwards and would like any information at all to help piece a lot of loose ends together. Any help would be appreciated.
