Mary Pylant b. 1828 of NC/Bedford Co. TN

My gggrandmother is Mary PYLANT. The only information I have is that she was born in North Carolina about 1828, she married Jacob Bryant ANDERSON (born about 1828 in TN) and they lived in Bedford County, TN. They had at least seven children. I have some descendent information but am very interested in finding her ancestors (and additional descendent info, too). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
