Pylant-Sumter and Lexington Co. SC

In the 1810 census of Sumter Co are Isham, George and Edward Pilott listed. In the 1820 Sumter census are Isham, John and Ed Pylant.
Isham died abt 1820 and his children went to AL. Does anyone have the list of Isham, John, George and Edward's children?
Apparently John Pylant had at least one son, also named John that is in the 1850, 1860 and 1870 census of Lexington Co, SC. This John had at least one son, Jackson Pylant that married Elizabeth Steele. They had at least one child named Mary Jane Pylant that married a Warren.
Can anyone help me with the children of Isham, John, Edward and George Pylant of the 1810 and 1820 Sumter Co census?
Thank you.
Betsy Pylate Simpson
