The series of articles from HF Morris in the Irish Genealogist, has a part IV which is the Pynes of Ballinacarriga, which I think is near Bandon? They are probably your link. I don't have a copy of it but it should be in the Vol 7, No.3 in 1986. Try your local library to find local sources for it.
