Bridget Pyne Phelan's parents were Catherine "Kate" Sweeney adn John Pyne. They were married Feb. 5, 1865 in Castlelyons. Catherine's parents were Edmund Sweeney and Bridget MaGrath. John's parents were Patrick Pyne and Catherine Griffin. Bridget was one of 10 children. One of her children married a Toohill (her daughter Marie). My father-in-law's father was a brother to Bridget Pyne Phelan. His name was Edmund. Edmund married Margaret Burke and they had three boys-Joseph, William and John(Jack)--my late father in law. My husband is one of Jack's sons. Hope this is helpful!
