If you're referring to Patrick Phelan who was married to Bridget Pyne, no I don't have that. If you're referring to Patrick Phelan, Bridget's granson, his father was John Pyne Phelan, Bridget and Patrick's 3rd child (I think). The first Phelan I have on my tree is Patrick (Patsy) who married Bridget. Sorry, I doubt this is what you were looking for. Good luck.
