There is much information on the family of Bushrod Pyne. He was my distant cousin (2nd cousin, 4 times removed). Our U.S. immigrant ancestor was James Pyne, who was born in Devonshire, England in 1608, arrived in America at Stamford Colony, CT in 1642 and later became one of the early settlers of Hempstead, Long Island, NY. The family can trace its roots back to a companion of William the Conquerer (Le Sire des Pins) and further back to before 800 CE (Galceran de los Pinos).

I have Adeline Snook as his wife but I don't have any of their descendants. Do you have information on their children?
