I have the Pynes genealogy back to about 1770. Jimmy's grandfather was Daniel Pynes who married Rutha Knotts in Darlington, SC. They moved to Gordon,Al (may have been part of Georgia) Daniel & Rutha had James (m. W. Register), Fair (m. MA Creech), Mary, (M. A. Johnson), Nancy (m.H.F. Dees)Benjamin (m. Visa Evans (Bens Parents) and White (m. Sara Gilmore Lewis) My gggggrandfather. Contact me for more info. Sue
