Rev. Frederick many thanks for responding to my note.

Baltydaniel is a townland and cross road about 4 miles north of Mallow and 4 mile SW of Doneraile. It is in the Catholic parish of Doneraile. Would appear it is about 20 miles NW of Fermoy which looks to be about 5 miles SW of Kilworth. The Doneraile parish does inded have recods of James (born 1825)and his siblings bapt. I have a copy an article from the 11/85 issue of The Irish Genealogist "The Pynes of Cork" from NEHGS but found nothing to help me. Is this this what you referenced?
