Keith, I have a Margaret Pyper married to David Hughes. Don't know where or when, but they had two children who were both born in Kincardine: James (b. 29 June/1820), and Mary (b.8 March/1822). Although I'm sure 'Alexander' is a popular scottish name, it is interesting that James named one of his sons Alexander. Just wondering if there is any connection. With thanks,
