Hello Debra,
I notice your last post was made in 2001 and I wonder if you are still about. I have been asked to have a look at the name Pyper by a man of that surname who I see two or three times a week. His ancestors came from Co. Limerick.
I checked in Griffiths Valuation of Ireland 148 - 64. The only Pypers in Ireland at that time were in Belfast City and Co. Down.
