The only county we have in Ga-that starts with Meri. is Meriwether.
The couple you mention-
Elizabeth Browning dtr of Joshua & Margaret Rankin-born 15 Mar 1775 died 1828 was a bit early fot that county.
She married Josiah Allen b 1 Jan 1770 Butte Co NC-7 Dec 1815 Greene Co Ga. (10 children) m a 1791 (And in genealogy language-all over-that is married around)
She married 2nd William "Billy" Pyron Physician born 10 Feb 1770 Va-29 Sep 1853 His Plantation, Greene, Ga. one child Emily 30 Nov 1818-married about the year before----
I have never heard of the Isaac Browning marriage-
She was child #1 of 9 known ones.

1802-Tax List-Loyd Dist., Clarke Co Ga
1802-27 Feb. Joshua and his wife Margaret old 100 acres to Abram Sauls. This deed was witnessed by their daughter Elizabeth and her husband Josiah Allen. ( Greene Co. Deed Book 2 pg. 697.)
Left will in Clarke Co Ga 1807 names dtr Anne Crown.
