Pysher to Pyscher

My great-grandfather was born around 1880 in Scanton PA, and married in the year 1912. His father is belived to be William Pysher, but this is unknown. His original name was Harold Pysher. He had his named changed for some reason by his employer, from Pysher to Pyscher. This just may have been a simple clerical error. All offical documents from this point show him as Harold Pyscher. He had 7 sons, and 5 daughters from 1912 until 1930, with his wife Flora. Since then the family has been searching for genealogical clues. This clerical error was found in 1999 by me while digging through an old records binder sent to me, by the Railroad Commision of Michigan. This connection, clearly shows that the Pyscher's of Michigan are related to the Pysher's of Pennsylvania, origianlly of England. We have traced the Pyscher family line back to 1710, when a group of Pysher arrived in New York, and settled eastward in the reglious tolerant Pennsylvania.
