Hello James,
Yes, it is the same family. My grandmother was an Armstrong so most of my family information is about the Armstrongs, but my cousin has researched this family extensively, going to Lisbon, NY and going through the local records and I will forward you a Word document with the whole family history. If you have any additional information beyond what I am sending you, please let me know. My family used some of this family genealogy with the Armstrong/Grey connection and my grandmother and aunt were past presidents of the Daughters of the Union Veterans (DUV) through Captain Isaac Grey back in the 1950's.
