My grandmother's name was "Ellen Mahoney Bradt"; also the Bradt surname is known by various spellings, such as "Bratt", and "Braught". There might be other variations of the spelling of this particular surname. Re: My "Bradt" ancestors, I know very little of, other than they were "well-to-do" (so my grandmother told me) and they lived on Sheridan Ave., Albany, N.Y.
