I think your Frank Quackenbush is the son of Ellsworth and Tryphena Quackenbush who lived in the Town of Russia, Herkimer County, New York. They had three children: George, Anna and Frank. According to the 1900 census Frank was born in October of 1890. Your Frank Q. registered for the World War I draft and gave his birthday as 26 October 1892. Despite the two year age difference, I am pretty sure these two Frank Quackenbushes are one and the same person.
I actually was able to find much more on your Ellen Miller. She was probably born Ellen Elizabeth Miller in March 1898 to Luther Holmes Miller and his wife Rose Ellen (Countryman) Miller. Rose Ellen was the daughter of John H. and Ann Eliza Countryman.
