I do not have the answer to your question but I find it interesting that I told my dad I was researching our family tree and he asked the same thing "Does the internet have anything about the family of William?"
I am also a desendant of William (I believe it was actually spelt Wilhelm) His daughter Emma had a son Rueben who is my dads father.
I'm from Corona SD. I have a book from the Corona Centennial book that has little stories about some of the origianl settlers in this area including Wilhelm and Wilhelmia Quade and also has a picture of them and 6 of their childern. Let me know if you would like the story or have any other information you know and would like to share on this family.
