Alvina(Alwine) Caroline Friderika Quade was born 11 August 1841 in a village called Hackenwalde, near Gollnow, Naugard,Pomerania,Prussia. Emmigrated to to America 1874 and settled in Marshall Co.,Iowa with husband Ferdinand Radloff. There is a strong possibility of a connection to Christian Quade, who was also born in Hackenwalde, in 1823. He emmigrated to America and settled in Wisconsin.I have no other information on her family in Pomerania. Associated families in America are Radloff,Hesse,Wussow,Wegner.Any information appreciated.
