I am looking for Charles Quada who came to Boston to visit an aunt (no name) but stayed.He was a mill wright and was naturalized in 1865. He got land in the Homestead Act in Ark., married and raised his family there. I think he was born around 1841 in Germany (Alsace-Lorraine area) and died in Port Arthur,Tx. in 1928. We have no idea who his family was in the US that he came to visit but they were in Boston at the time. I have met some very nice folks in Mi. who are looking for relatives. If you haven't contacted them you may want to. Seems like some of your names are the same as theirs. RQuada@aol.com
