On 21/3/1761 in Ardingley, Sussex, Walter Quaife 1743 married Mary Carpenter born 1745 in Catsfield.
They had 8 children: Walter Quaife born 13/1/1762 in Cuckfield, William Quaife born 29/1/1764 in Cuckfield, Mary Quaife born 29/6/1766 in Cuckfield, Edward Ned Quaife born 28/2/1769 in Catsfield, Elizabeth Quaife born 17/1/1773 in Catsfield, Sarah Quaife born 8/3/1776 in Catsfield, Henrietta Quaife born 28/12/1777 in Catsfield, Samuel Quaife born 22/8/1779 in Catsfield.
My line continues from Edward Ned Quaife 1769.
I've got info on a hundred later relatives, but nothing before Walter. Anyone know further back?
Would welcome hearing from other descendents.
