Hannah Bentley married 28 April 1808 John Quaintance who
died 21 June 1835. She was the sister of James Bentley.
John served in Revolutionary War and was 76 when he applied
for a pension in 1832. He lived in Fauquier Co.,VA when
he joined. He lived in Chester Co., PA when he applied for
a pension and Hannah Bentley Quaintance was there in 1836.
This information is from John Quaintance's pension application
and "Selected Final Pension Payment Vouchers 1818-1864" for
Pennsylvania by Kathryn McPherson Gunning (2003) page 457.
