I have spent many a long hour looking at the parish records of Steeple Claydon, children baptisms found in the Parish Records for Edward and Sarah are Sarah, Jane, Henry, Anne, Mirriane Mary, and they are still in Claydon on the 1841 census.

I don't have a marriage of the couple although once off line I will spend a little time looking at the trascript I have of marriages for Claydon

My first instinct is that Edward's father was Richard?
