Qualley Family Genealogy Forum

I am researching one of the many Norwegian families that came to Minnesota on a land grant in 1860. My great grandparents were Christofer Erickson and Ingeborg Hamre. As was the custom they took the name Kvale tying their identity to their home region in Norway. This appears on the census records first as Qvale and later as Quale. This couple had nine sons and two daughters. Erick, Ole, John, Christofer, Thosten, Andrew, Carle, Jacob, Anton and Berit & Kristje. Christofer Erickson also had a sister Runde Quale who followed from Norway later, marrying a Pederson. Would be interested in connecting with other researchers tracing this line through the US or back to Norway. Christofer and Ingeborg died in Wilmar in the early 1900's. I am a descendant through Carle. Thanks for any tips you can give.
