Sure - she was born on May 21, 1922 and died Sept 10,1973. She was born in Rochester ( Haskell County ). Her mother was Carrie May Hackney.
The problem with Marys birth was that she was illegitimate. ( sp??) Rumor has it, her father was Lark Qualls. If not, then maybe James Hackney. I'm not sure that we will ever know who he was. We do have photographs showing a Lark Qualls ( spelled Quawels - but I think thats because they didn't spell well??) and on the back it says, "Mary's Father."
Our pastor, Jay Beavers might have information ( or know where to get information ) for you. I will print your request and take it to church in the morning ( we are methodist!)
Thanks for responding so quickly. I live in Fort Worth. West Side - my husband and I work for a music company and he is a Deputy Sheriff with Tarrant County.
