Thanks for responding to my message - it's great to hear from another Qualls descendant. It sounds as if your gg grandfather Isom could be one of the twins probably belonging to Elizabeth Qualls (Quarles) on the 1850 Census for Overton County, TN. Unfortunately I don't have any new information, other than what I posted in my message. I would love to see your own lineage from Isom, and would be happy to share anything new I find on those elusive Qualls kin.
