I would like to get information on the family Patmore, originating in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, England. (1804) My earliest research goes back to Japeth Patmore who had a son Clement who, together with his wife Sarah Broadhurst and their family emmigrated by assisted passage to Sydney NSW Australia in 1841 arriving in February 1842. Clement is my 4th Grandfather and I need to go beyond him to his father Japeth who married a lady named Lucy, last name unknown. Can anyone out there help me? Many thanks
