I am also very inerested in the Qualls family in SC. The family is from John's Island. Every year we have a family reunion celebrating Evelina Qualls Rampersant.
I was able to find out about a Augustus Qualls who bought some of Fair Oaks in 1870. He then gave the land to his son Augusta. I would appreciate any information you can give me on the Qualls family.
