I am researching my branch of the Quantrill family and have currently gone back 6 generations but I am getting to the period before records were collected centrally and I am looking for information on two particular individuals:
Samuel Quantrill, a carpenter, who died 8/2/1887 and
was born around 1793. He died in London and all the family subsequently has been London based so he was probably born in London around the Shoreditch
area.
His son was William Quantrill, also a Carpenter, probably born 19/9/1822(date from Family Bible) who married a Liza Ward in 1844.
If you have any information on either of these people I would be very interested.
