Today I learned of the death of Jim Foster, a noted
Quarles/Qualls researcher that died of a Brain tumor.
He was the best of the best and he and I shared info.
and compiled a file on old David, Moses[1727-1801] and Penuel Quarles [1800-1882]. He will truly be missed by me and any other researcher that knew him.
